Richard Leise’s novel, Dry The Rain, will be released on October 14th, 2025 in both paperback and limited edition hardcover. Pre-orders will go on sale in September.

Stylistically unlike anything we’ve ever read before, Dry The Rain is the story of a girl looking back on her time held in captivity by an abusive kidnapper now that a popular streaming service has decided they will be producing a television series about her harrowing tale, whether she likes it or not.

John F Duffy, author of A Ballroom for Ghost Dancing, and Where When It Rains, will be at the Columbus Book Festival on Saturday and Sunday July 12th and 13th in Columbus, Ohio. He will also be at the Detroit Festival of Books Sunday, July 20 in Detroit, Michigan.
